UPDATE!

Not long after I posted my original article, OFFICIAL world came out about the closing of Stitch's Supersonic Celebration. The show is scheduled to close on Saturday June 27, but there are NO plans to reopen it, reworked or otherwise!

I've received half a dozen emails from readers noting that Stitch's SuperSonic Celebration is slated to close in the next couple of weeks to be retooled due to poor guest reception. I decided to hold off on reporting it until I could do some independent research, but unfortunately, I haven't heard much from CMs "in-the-know" to back it up....yet. Given the very lukewarm response to the show, however, I would not be surprised that the show might be going back into development.

Some of you are thinking, "Stitch's SuperSonic what?" The show in Tomorrowland just opened 6 weeks ago. But in that short time it's received criticism for being far too long and far too bland to hold viewer interest. Read more about the show here.
