Pamper yourself at Walt Disney World1 Hit a Spa: Walt Disney World offers two spas to help pamper and spoil its guests, the first spa being at Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa and the other being at the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. These spas are the perfect place to pamper yourself. The Spa provides outstanding treatments and massages, helping you unwind after a vacation full of activity, energize your mind and ensure that you will go home or back to work feeling refreshed and completely rejuvenated.

The two spas have treatments and packages available for both adults and children and range from your basic 30-minute manicure to a full day program full of detoxifying body wraps, facials and exfoliation.

2 Make a Tea Time for Yourself: Take an afternoon off of the theme parks and the crowds and transport yourself into a calm, English setting for the classic tradition of afternoon tea. The Grand Floridian offers a host of the time-honoured English Tea Fare including tea sandwiches, scone and jam tarts, followed by a choice of freshly baked tea pastries or English trifle, accompanied by a glass of Domaine Ste. Michelle sparkling wine and your choice of wine. There are many other offerings, allowing everyone to find something that they enjoy.

3 In-Room Massage: Are you looking for a little relaxation after a long flight? Do you have some muscle tension after a long day on the links? Are you completely exhausted after wading through the crazed crowds in the heat? An in-room Swedish massage may just be the cure to help bring you back into the cool, calm and collected, Zen state of mind of truly being on vacation. Yacht Club, Boardwalk Resort, Contemporary Resort, Wilderness Lodge, Grand Floridian, Old Key West, Coronado Springs, Saratoga Springs and Animal Kingdom Lodge all offer the wonderful choice of massage therapies, and all Disney Resorts feature a special service of them come to you. Just imagine – you come back to your room for an afternoon nap, and while your children doze away, you are treated to a relaxing and traditional Swedish massage to help relieve muscle tension and boost your energy for a high-energy evening at the parks.

4 Stay at Club Level: Club levels or concierge is offered at Animal Kingdom Lodge, Beach Club, Boardwalk Inn, Contemporary, Grand Floridian, Polynesian, Wilderness Lodge and Yacht Club. Your Concierge room would be on a floor or in a wing of its own at the resort, and a separate key would be needed to access this floor or wing, giving the floor a quieter and more isolated sense. Each Concierge Level has a separate lounge that offers food and drinks throughout the day, but is not meant to take place of meals (hors d’oeurves, continental breakfast, and snacks).  The Concierge will also help you plan your trip to Walt Disney World, prior to your visit. The concierge will help you with priority seating for meals, tickets for shows and will help with any questions or concerns that you have.
