What are Disney Dining Plan Snack Credits? E-mail

The Disney snack credits are a component of all three Disney Dining Plans, and are often a great incentive for those who like to indulge a little while visiting the Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Resorts. The brochure for the Disney Dining Plan gives the options of soda, water, ice cream and chips to be purchased with the snack credits, but in reality the snack credit can be purchased for many single serve food items at food stands, restaurants and shops that are participating in the Disney Dining Plan. You are able to identify the different places that participate as they will have a purple square symbol displayed.

Some people feel that the Snack Credits are a great perk to the Disney Dining Plan, but when you explore all of your options, you may find that the snack credits can really make all the different dining plans a great value. People that have done their research are able to purchase breakfast, create large meals to share, purchase gifts for those that were left at home and make the most out of events like Food & Wine Festival, by simply using their snack credits.

Some of the different snack credit ideas are Dole Whips and Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches from the Magic Kingdom, School bread from Epcot, Fried Rice from Animal Kingdom, Cheese Stuffed Pretzels from Hollywood Studios and Cheesecake from the Resorts.
